Our story
1992
Foundation in manufacturing
Established in Croydon South, Victoria, manufacturing electrical wiring looms and harnesses for the OEMs.
2004
Fibre optic lighting range introduced
LightEFX becomes a dedicated fibre optic lighting specialist. Manufacturing LED illuminators for star light applications in signage and star ceilings.
2012
StarEFX brand launched
StarEFX emerges as its own sub-brand, dedicated to theatre and cinema star ceiling panels and sensory lighting environments. This marks the beginning of LightEFX’s move into acoustic and human-centric lighting applications.
2014
Natural daylighting systems added
LightEFX extends capability to include heliostat systems that deliver full-spectrum natural daylight deeper into buildings. This addresses the growing body of evidence connecting natural light to occupant health, productivity, and wellbeing.
Today
Human Centric Ecosystem launched
Integrated, networked lighting systems for healthcare, commercial, sensory, and hospitality environments. Operating in Australia (Croydon South, VIC) and the United States (Phoenix, AZ), with an authorised dealer and installer network across both markets.
